Despite the list of authors, I don't think this deserves the title 'professional' many mistakes all over book. But still a good read to get into MVC.

I havn't read a Word book in ages, so it was good to catch up, a lot of the same old but I also discovered some neat new features. Word wont go away anytime soon if you do serious writing.
